WHAT IS IT: IT’S ELEVATE WITH KATE! When your health and fitness needs taken care of on your own terms & timescale, Elevate with Kate Online Training is for you. Online coaching allows you to have the flexibility to complete your sessions on the day & time that suits YOU. Elevate with Kate online coaching is 100% tailored to YOUR goals.

WHAT IS INCLUDED: access to the Elevate with Kate app, tailored training plans, nutrition coaching, habit tracking, weekly check ins, support group, and more!

WHERE IS IT: 100% online - you can be based ANYWHERE in the world

HYBRID COACHING

WHAT IS IT: hybrid coaching is a mix of online coaching & in-person personal training. It is a perfect mix of guidance within the gym and unlimited support outside of these sessions. Programmes are customisable depending on your needs/goals, sessions can be up to twice per week

WHAT IS INCLUDED: access to the Elevate with Kate app, tailored training plans, nutrition coaching, habit tracking, weekly check ins, support group, and more!

WHERE IS IT: online workouts can be in a gym of your choice or at home. In person sessions located @ Inside Out Health & Fitness in South Shields, UK

WHAT IS IT: assorted online programs offered throughout the year.

Examples include: My Elevate & Evolve 90 day programme that consists of tailored workout programs, nutritional guidance, educational videos, habit tracking, and more.

WHAT IS IT: The LEVEL UP challenge is a transformative accountability program that will empower participants to form healthy daily habits while pushing themselves to accomplish thier personal fitness and nutrition goals so that they can look, and most importantly, FEEL their best. Through the expertise of KIH Fitness and the support of LUL, this challenge will provide participants with the tools, motivation, and accountability that is necessary to take themselves to the NEXT LEVEL.

THE KIH GAMES

WHAT IS IT: The KIH Games is an 8 week challenge that will empower you to form healthy daily habits while pushing you to accomplish your personal fitness and nutrition goals.

This challenge is unique because you will be competing against yourself and other KIH team members to earn the most amount of points per day. The point system that is virtually tracked on the KIH Fitness App will reward you for completing daily workouts, hitting personal bests, sticking to assigned habits, etc. (See page 5 for further point breakdown), driving you to the top of the point leaderboard.

Aside from attaining great habits and optimizing your fitness levels, other prize incentives will be offered to motivate members to push themselves to be the highest point earner and ultimate “KIH Games Victor”.

WHAT IS IT: BoxStrong is a fun workout class featuring a mix of boxing and weight training
